A Conscience Breath was inspired by my yoga practice. In yoga you're reminded to take conscious breaths to help stay focused. When we constrict or stop our breath, we lose touch with what is happening in the present moment. 

Conscience and conscious are words with different meanings, but both have to do with the mind. I've taken a liberty with a little word play in this title.
